The Art of Food & Wine Pairings

Explore the art of creating the perfect food and wine pairings during this intimate, hands-on cooking class and wine seminar.

DESCRIPTION

Join New York Vintners Executive Chef Ryan Smith and Sommelier Dylan York for a unique hands-on experience where you will learn first hand how food and wine pair together through both commonality and contrasting flavors. After this class you will be able to to prepare gourmet dishes along with the perfect wines just like a pro.

The intimate class of eight will be conducted in New York Vintners' "Sub-Zero/Wolf Kitchen" at the chef's table with Chef Ryan Smith. Attendees will receive hands-on personal instruction and the opportunity to roll up their sleeves and get dirty.
