On January 26th join Ger-Nis Culinary & Herb Center for a unique hands-on pretzel cooking class during which you will discover the secrets of making the perfect pretzel along with all the special sauces necessary for proper dipping.
The class will take place at one of NYC's favorite brew pubs and restaurants, Jimmy's No. 43. During class students will enjoy artisanal beer selections as a guest "beer sommelier" guides everyone through a special tasting. Learn the ins and outs of making the best savory and sweet pretzels as you fuel your new culinary knowledge with delicious snacks and craft beers.
