Hands-On Cooking Class for Winos and Cheesemongers

Make mozzarella and fondue from scratch during this hands-on cooking class and wine pairing seminar.

DESCRIPTION

Roll up your sleeves and get dirty during this hands-on mozzarella and fondue cooking class with New York Vintners' Executive Chef Ryan Smith. Learn how to make cheese from scratch while Sommelier Dylan York instructs students on wine pairing and guides everyone through a wine tasting.

The New York Vintners team will teach about food preparation, wine tasting and offer food pairing tips. Five wines will be tasted throughout the course.
