The roving pop-up by a Jean-Georges protégé returns to NYC for an exclusive three-night dinner.
This dinner series will feature three separate seatings over the course of three days:
January 20th, 21st + 22nd: 5:30pm / 7:30pm / 9:15pm

Detroit native, Craig Lieckfelt, has worked in some of NYC’s most competitive kitchens under big name executive chefs like Jean-Georges Vongerichten. After years of working in restaurant kitchens, Craig’s eye began to wander towards starting his own culinary venture. The outcome? Guns + Butter; a roving pop-up restaurant that features Craig's inventive dishes and his passion for creating an exceptional experience for his diners.
Back in December Guns + Butter teamed up with UGE for its NYC debut and sold out within 48 hours. Now the the pop-up restaurant is shaking things up with a three-night intimate dinner series at Palmer's in Brooklyn. Palmer's (brought to you by the guys from Building on Bond) offers a casual-chic dining atmosphere with its diner-inspired decor and intimate seating. Each seating will be limited to 11 people providing a unique, personal dining experience.
Craig, who has been cooking professionally since the age of 15, is among the hottest up-and-coming chefs at the moment. Without a doubt, he will soon be picked up by an eager restaurateur and returned to the New York restaurant scene. So before that day comes, this is your opportunity to meet the young star chef and discover his talent firsthand.
